mazda pickup

couple of weeks ago i bought a b2500 crew cab pickup. i was told it was a uk car from the dealer as there was nothing on the log book or on the vehicle check. after calling mazda uk they said the car was not brought into the country by them so no dealers will have any idea of what specs/ spare parts etc. does anyhone know if there is a way of cross referencing the malaysian chassis number to get parts? thanks
