I got a quote of £1200 TPFT for a UK WRX on a 98 S reg, that was with me as named driver and my mum as additional. Without her on it it goes upto £2k plus!

I'm 24, 4 years NCB living in Low to medium crime area.

Came through today, seems they have the car as a WRX....could explain why so cheap!

Anyhow I needed a Cover note for the car to be taxed today,so have now taken out an A Plan Policy for £397(for an STI!)

Based on my parents address (where my current car is kept ) which is Linlithgow, West Lothian. Apparently in the lowest car theft bracket.
