Thats bloody terrible!! Thtere were loads off staff in the car park!! How is it no one ever see,s theere scummy c@@@s. I think if you catch them you should be legally allowed to tow them up the 1/4 by their ankles!! I read the link, that poor sod wont get that motor back, and if by some miricale he does, it will be f@cked!

Very sad.

Is it really Rob Huff's car. Seen it at Brands a couple of times.

By the way, what language are they speaking on that board, m8?

If it`s got a tracker whats the problem !!
We had a M3 stole at work last week we phoned tracker and they told us where it was down to the last 2 meters, we imformed the police . And we recovered it the next day .

trackers can be removed, or disabled. for example when stuck in a container.

possibly a silly question but a 400fq would have a kick ass alarm on it, these guys obviously have a way round it??? is it still possible on modern cars like this to lift the bonnet and take out the HT lead if you are leaving it somewhere like that for the day, or are they all buried deep in the depths of wiring harness's etc, i'd like to see the theft that carries one of them with him on the off chance!

There is a known shortcoming with the Cobra Alarm that Ralliart fit to the Evos

A lot of pro thieves know how to disable the tracker. My Subaru Impreza WR1 was taken from the Competitors car park at Donington Park in Thursday 27th July. No signal was ever received by Trackstar as the tracker was almost certainly disabled before the car was moved. They also obviously got round the Cat 1 immobiliser as well.

From the feedback I have had this is not uncommon.

Robin

Which model is it, and is an installation or alarm issue? Mail me offline if you'd prefer.
