is it true - a V6 coupe based on the S2000 platform?
i seemed to have missed this snippet of news in the usual auto-zines...

i'd certainly put a deposit on one if it arrives here. have recently got tyred of Honda's current offerings i.e. disappointing civic type-Rs, executive barges, no Boxster 3.2S equivalent

I like that. I do like the idea of 2 seater fixed-head coupes. It would be even better if there was a targa option.

Its a shame to see the s2000 going. I reckon its one of the best cars out of Japan.

I seem to recall that this was an April Fools joke that did the rounds on the S2K boards. If you look at the article it is dated 30th March and people spent an amount of time on the 1st debating it... The photoshoped picture is very crude as well - especially the rear wiper!

I think that the S2000 has another 2-3 years left in its production run - at least I hope so!

It was an April fool, fooled a LOT of people, even the press!!

S2000 runs until 2009
