This kind of thievery makes me soooo mad! I feel for your pal, chances of stuff re-surfacing are pretty slim- but you never know. Had this happen to me & it made me completely paranoid about car security for months. Hope the scrotes get a good kicking.

These kinda of 'extreme' car robberies are becoming more & more common place. I've known a similar thing happen to a GTR owner & read about a few others. It's a completely appalling & unacceptable state of affairs where owning a desirable car can lead to this kind of attack. Bib & the legal system are largely ineffectual. I'd not be even mildly surprised to see a rise in vigilantism or if owners were to start 'taking measures' to protect their property & families.

Were they just torn off or properly removed? If the latter, they were could have been stolen to order
