Who thinks that the 340 is better than the 400? :driving

i think the only place the 400 would have a real advantage is on track. in real world driving id go for the 340 personally.

Both fab at what they do.If I were buying with my own money, I'd have to wimp out & go for the lower powered car (actually I'd go for a 320). To my mind these 2ltr starships are a bit overstressed- I mean just look at the servicing complexity/intervals.

On the road, the 340 will be ahead most of the time as its turbo is more responsive.

Your best bet for a 400hp Evo is to start with an MR and upgrade it yourself for a couple of grand or so.

Get the 340... I'm sure you could attain 400 with a little effort, and a lot les cash anyway! There is such a thing as too much power!!

I am inclined to say that my 400 is NOT a nightmare but i didnt try a 340 so i was wondering how easy the 340 is to driv. Cheers anyway
