what sort of price for my wifes 94 Civic?

I'm considering selling my wifes '94 Civic 1.6 ESI. I went for a check on prices on the parkers website but it doesn't seem to go back that far on the civic

~120k miles, not exactly bad condition generally but the bonnet has a crease right in the middle of it where a dent was pushed out after some brain dead w####r decided to run over the top of all the cars in our road. Other than that a couple of very minor rust spots and the usual car-park-door-dings. Finished in gunmetal grey. Really just trying to guage if it would be worth advertising privately or just accept a trade in price for it.
