Bit shocked by a Civic Type R!

Had a rip with a Supercharged Type R Today, and whilst my car was clearly quicker the Civic did spank my friends 03 plate M3. Quite surprised how quick these little things are. Steve the guy who owns it us selling to move up to a Supra ( hence wanting to test it against mine). It has a Jackson Racing Supercharger kit and 290 bhp apparently. I will post the link up when he bangs the ad in PH classifieds, but really impressed with the grunt it had.

The Jackson racing kit for the CTR works well doesn't it.

I was toying with putting one on my civic when i had it, 2 seat open top fun got the better of me though!

these guys managed 500bhp out of a CTR (through the front wheels). Nice!

Guy has had a ctr with more power than anyone else in the country, the 1/4 mile times for it are very impressive

Quite a few of these kicking round with blowers on now.

There was a lady down at Avon Park last year with one of these, and it spanked me down the 1/4 mile in my GT4

I wasn't so gutted when I found out it was supercharged (the combination of the VTEC and the supercharger made one hell of a sound!!)
