Hi,

Well was getting some new pads fitted on my MR2 (SW20) yesterday and asked if the car was lowered / had different suspension as it was an import. Mech told me that it had pretty expensive Ohlins stuff that appeared to be in good nick (Bonus !!!).

Anyway, question is does anybody have any info, or know where I could get some, regarding this suspension and if its ajustable etc.; cannot find it listed on the Ohlins website.....

Cheers Folks

Do you have a type & serial # ? Often stamped/stickered/plated on the bottom of units.

From an 'ohlins suspension for mr2' search I only got this,Ohlins RG racing gear N1 coilover kit & that was part of an ad.

Tuttle, cheers, to be honest ive not had a chance to jack the car up and have a good look (its bloody Cold up here just now...). Its def not coilovers, I can tell that much. Have picked up a few bits of info that there is a 20-step damper adjustable (spelt it right this time) that Ohlins did / Do, but again I will need to have a good look first I guess.......

It much fun trying to find out what little 'treats' have been added by the previous Japanese owner, does everybody have this much fun?

I looked on the Ohlins site, there isn't even a mention for Toyota in their 'recomended applications' drop down.
KInda groovy when you find a nice little extra aftermarket parts that wern't in the ad when you buy a car, like Christmas again .
When I got the R33 there was a new set of Tein HA's, spare Hasemi wheel centres & a new kevlar timing belt in the boot!
