i found the yesterday that under hard load just before it changes up(auto) theres a rathere big pause or miss? on about the 3rd time i noticed the amber engine warning light flash up? Any one know where i can get it put on a computer, its an imoport so thats toyota out the window? help, or any ideas?

Is this happening when engine is fully up to temp, or even warmed up but you've stopped for a minute & re-started?
Had a similar prob with the(manual) 'liner only when seriously leaning on the loud pedal in this situation, which I thought was wastegate related. Turned out, I needed a slightly lighter grade of oil. Esp in modified F/I engines if the oil even slightly too thick & allowed to cool, even a tiny bit, it can be going thru the turbo in 'great slugs' rather than smoothly.
