That link should work.
This is an upsetting day, first my driving ban, then root canal treatment, now he's selling that.
Im going to upload a video of it I made a couple of weeks ago, I love that car, I wish I had the money to buy it and garage it for the next 18months.

It had a sub 10sec time.
Was featured in some mags a while ago before my friend owned it.
It also would have been running at 2 bar as well, however he had to cancel the work, shame because I was ultra excited about it, and wanted to make another video... which reminds me, I'll hook up my hard drive and start uploading the test video I shot.

T88
Personally hate the things
Why's that Tel?
They are Lag monsters. You can get faster spooling turbos now that make the same power. Turbo's like a T88 ( read general big turbo's) come into there own on a drag strip when you wind the boost up withRace fuel, but on road fuel/boost they are rarely much faster than a smaller fast spooling turbo operating slap bang in its efficiency Island. I proved that point to dude

what a lovely looking motor, i have a question for some of you boys? is 750bhp useable on the road? coz to be frank, even mine can be a hand full,(mainly in the wet or when being a bit careless). what sort of times would that supra get uo the strip i wonder?
That really depends how the car has been set up. I usethe TRD diff and that is great for getting power down. My purple car made a genuine 690 bhp @ 25psi ( that was on an engine dyno) and had the ability to spin the wheels at 100mph in the dry. Some of that was down to its set up ,but 600 ft/lb of torque is a lot in a front engine, rear wheel drive car...

When a turbo kicks in and when it makes full boost are two entirely different things. The 4k kick-in point is when the wastegate will close off and start directing exhaust gases to the turbine instead of out the dump pipe to the exhaust or atmosphere. Peak boost is when the turbo is running at its best efficiency point which on a T88 equipped Supra would probably be around 7000rpm at a guess. Pressure isn't everything though, the flow capabilities of a turbo matter lots as well.
If it hasn't been sold today, we'll do another quick vid, and I'll try and get the dial's in properly, so then you can see and hear it
oh I asked about the time again, I made a mistake, it was 10.1xxx at 140something mph.
so its still VERY fast !
