New Nissan Skyline
Discussion
The 2006 (or is it 2007) Skyline looks quite something.
Mooted to have either a twin-turbo V6 based on the 350Z, or a high-revving V8, it looks a winner, even at the reported £50,000+ price.
I would quite fancy the charged V6 myself, with around 400bhp standard and plenty more to come if required!
Nice.

I'm not a fan of either. The new Skyline/Infiniti G35 is hideous. I'd much rather have a 350Z. The new GT-R is supposed to be just a souped up version according to the reports I've read.

I'm not convinced the GT-R will look anything like the concept that is being bandied about.

As I understand it, the Skyline moniker has been nicked for the G35 thingy that you can buy now, today, in the States, which is a sort of 4-door cruiser version of the 350Z.
The "new Skyline" won't be called Skyline but will be the successor to what we think of as a Skyline, ie an R32/33/34. (Don't forget that since the 60s you could also buy normal boring ordinary Skylines with diddy NA engines and no trick bits, in Japan.)
