So there I was, potling home from work in the MRT. Just on the phone to the gf (handsfree of course), when 2 urban yoofs in a mica matched my speed in the next lane. They wound there window down and shouted (only doing about 10 mph) - "Whats it pushin under there!?"

So obviously i lied, couldnt be bothered to say "well actually young sir, the last time the car was inspected on the dynometer, the power output was found to be 208 of your brake horses. However, since having a new turbo fitted, I expect the power output to be increased somewhat old bean"

I recieved cries of "wickid innit"!

Its only a lowly MRT but it made my day :D

Thank you yoofs.

I had a friendly tussle with a skyline one day, and we did the stop thing, and had both engine covers open, etc.. great when that happens!

I had a kid bang on my window when I was playing with the alarm on mine and yell "HEY MAN, YOUR CAR IS HEAVY!"

It took me a good 20 seconds to realise he was trying to say he liked it. I thought he'd been trying to lift it!

How old did I feel...
