selling mine in the classifieds. i really love the MR2 but i'm looking at a possible ban (went slightly to far over the speed limit whoops) so insurance will go up. i've owned the car for about a year now and it's cost me loads in maintence so i guess it's best it goes and so i can build some savings up.

going for a Mk1 MX5 as i want something that's a hell of a lot of fun at legal speeds, used to have a MK1 MR2 which i loved! but rust is getting the better of those and well i want air con as well these days so MX5 import it looks like for me!

the MX5 is a lot of fun and i'm actually looking forward to having a soft top car! plus a car that i can max out in the rev range without getting pulled over further down the road would be fun hehe.

anyway if anyone has a good home for my MR2 feel free to e-mail me. i love the car a lot and it's very important to me that i sell it to someone who'll love it and look after it like i have :D

Sorry to hear you're loosing it mate. MX5 sounds like a good choice as a 'safe' replacement - they're excellent cars for the grin factor...

Good thing aboyut the MX5 is that when you get a bit bored of the power, when you get rid of points, or whatever you can turbo the little fecker! OR get 'V8 in a Miata' to plonk in one of those little corvette engines..
