I expect it must be a typo, where kill should have read tt.

I was a civic R owner for a couple of years, never seen a section for kills though, in fact any posts with refference to street racing are deleted on sight on 2 of the boards.

What exactly did he do in order to get in front of you?

It might well have been stolen!

If you see someone driving in a manner thats likely to endanger life, you should have called the police and given them the registration.

That journey may well have passed without an inciedent, the next might not! Is it worth having that on your mind?
