Swift sport ZC31 replacement shock options...
Discussion
My swift lost a fight with a pothole the other day, needs a new tyre and the shock is leaking so needs replacement.
Genuine suzuki shock is 175+VAT, Which is a touch steep IMO.
They are a different P/N to the normal models, but I can't find the info anywhere on why this is.
A lot of aftermarket brands just state the shocks fit all models, this is the case for TWR, Monroe, Delphi, meyle etc
But some of the more reputable brands separate them.
I.E KYB state they don't do a shock for the ZC31, TEIN only do replacement for the ZC31...
Bilstein use the term 'with/without sport suspension' but it isn't clear what that really means.
I'm drawn towards using a Tein ENDURAPRO shock/pair of shocks. They are circa £100 each.
But does anyone else have any suggestions or recommendations?
I'm leaning towards spending on a slight upgrade of available and will swap top mounts at same time as they are a little loud currently. But don't want anything stiffer than OEM (Or softer really!)
Thanks
