2014 Mazda 3 scissor Jack
Discussion
If you're not sorted already, I just had a quick look as I assumed they would be standard type jacks. Your best bet for an official one would likely be a breakers of some ilk, just do a search for breakers near you, then get in touch to see if they have one.
Alternatively, a quick hunt uncovered https://www.amazon.co.uk/Car-Breakdown-Emergency-S... which appears to list compatible vehicles, which includes a whole range of Mazdas, so I suspect it's a common type across the range.
I don't have a Mazda3 myself though...

Might be some way from you, but there's this one in Norfolk https://www.gumtree.com/p/car-replacement-parts/ma...
I'll keep having a look, it's a fun hunt...

Or this one, but doesn't come with the toolkit... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/225173948887
That's from an earlier model, but they look like the standard pattern part jack, same as the one that was in my Mk1 MX-5.
Or this one with wheel.... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/194042687595
