supra intercooler

has anyone here fitted a front mounted intercooler to a tt supra, if so what were the gains, what should you expect from one, given that you have done the usuall air filter, exhaust, fcd, recuirc? any info would be great.

I think you have more than your fair share of power already.

I dont know about Supra's but the Frontmount usually adds some lag, but charge temps will godown so you could run more advance.

Only just seen this. FMIC on a Supra highly recommended. Put it on myself and can assure you that you WILL fill the power gain after installing one. Have you got a standard front on the car?? And how many row IC are you going for?? I have a Greddy 2 row and i couldn't tell you the exact hp it added but i would hazzard a guess at about 40-50.

does anyone know how much an uprated side mounted intercooler is? and where to get the, i am put the idea of a big front one becuase, i dont really wnt to change the way it looks, also i have heard it afect the rads cooling?

i spoke to chris, the uprated smic i want is 610 quid, i am just waiting to find out what sort of gains are poss. have seen pics of it, and its a lovely bit of kit, will let you know,
