Good evening, I would like to know what members opinion are of the Inifinti Q50 3.5h please.

I know the brand no longer exists here in the UK so I would be keen to know if parts are still (and will be) readily available through Nissan? My local dealer would be Coventry.

Is it wise to purchase such a hybrid car where the manufacturer no longer exists in the UK?

Thank you.

Try and find out what is shared with UK models, parts from Nissan are usually easy - I had some breather hosing and rear shocks from them (brand new) for my 93 Skyline GTS-t (so parts shared with the UK sold 200SX) delivered in under 2wks both times.

If they didn't bring the engine over here then I'd be taking a closer look around to see where you could get them from (USA might be a good place to look) and what the servicing is and does regular servicing become a pain because you need to order special stuff months in advance (for example)?

I have run a hybrid AWD for 6 years from 24,000 to 60,000 miles. No major issues or costs (apart from near £200 tyres). The car sold quite well in the USA and in Japan is still sold new as the Skyline. Petrol engine is same as last 350Z. I have had mine serviced twice by a local independent Honda specialist and he seems to have no concerns. I bought mine because no body really wanted them and it was cheap. No regrets but as yet no problems and I think it should be reliable.
