This has made it to every forum i've been on now I think, quite a cool bit of kit, wouldn't fancy running that, i'd be popping into shell every 2 minutes.

Someone did point out that it does 187mph. Fensport have made the engine he pulled out do 200mph. And I bet the rolla handles better too......

That looks like a very nicely executed conversion. All very tidy and I bet it cost an arm and a leg. Provided there's hours left on the turbines, this could be fab for Vmax...! As for 187mph, I expect that's where he bottled it / car became unstable / tyres blew out etc etc. With a better looking aero package (active aerodynamic anyone...?) It could be a belter. Wouldn't fancy sitting behind it at the lights mind...!!!

The T-58 is a very reliable, small helicopter turbine that develops 1,200 - 1,800hp, so that MR2 would DEFINITELY blow away anything - literally...!
