Into our first year of owning a 2011 Lexus IS250 and we've developed a creaking in the rear. I usually use independent specialist garages where possible, but there doesn't seem to be many for Lexus, preliminary googling suggests there aren't any in Birmingham area.

Has anyone had any experience of Lexus Birmingham dealership? Decent prices for repairs/services or just another stealership?

I would find a reputable garage, no need to take a 2011 Lexus to a main dealer - unless you like getting ripped off. Probably a minor thing like anti roll bar or drop link or something. Its not a very complicated car to work on and any decent mechanic can get it looked at

I have had a IS250 as well mind you...good reliable things for sure

Yep, unlucky to get a fault really. We've had several Lexus models, they're probably the most dependable motoring purchase you could make.
