I need to replace the front discs and pads on my zed
The trouble is there are a lot of options...
I only use the car on the road (daily driver) so, any recommendations?

I went for another set of standard discs, I'm sceptical about the benefit of anything more complicated.

OTOH I went for CL5+ pads, which are pricey but very good, I've rather come to like their reassuring bite even for normal road use, and I know they will hold up if I do venture out onto track. However probably overkill for road-only driving, unless you are happy to spend a lot of money to have really good pads.

I stuck with Brembo. I often get stuff from MTEC but Euro car parts were doing 50% off brakes that week and it was a considerable discount and available same day for collection.

I will probably stick with the Brembo discs too, Tarmacsportz do them for £180.
The OE pads seem harder to find, and there are a myriad of alternatives; Hawk, Stoptech, Pagid etc, not sure what to go for confused

EBC standard discs and red stuff pads are a good all round option and cheap enough
