I have an em1 rustbox, spent thousands on it and it have a lot more of outstanding repairs. i was thinking maybe i should just sell it add more and buy a good example because im finding that rustboxes aren't worth restoring unless u have the time to diy it or money is no object, i am neither.

Anyway Ive been watching out for a replacement and the half decent mid mileage go for 3k id say. Anyway I noticed this one and under hood everything looks so well maintained, not a sign of peeling or rust as half decent ones do. plus it seems to have had a complete verifiable rebuild, as well as timing belt etc

From the photos i sure looks like its been well looked after.
considering i have near 2ks repairs kind of wish i had bought it but i was expecting it to go for a lot more. i'm just wondering why this went for 2.5k seems quite low to me.or is there something im missing?

i notice theres no mot history for 3 years after i checked but that seems consistent with his claim that he had it parked up before he rebuilt the engine.
