Nissan Nivara Recall

Really need some help please. My oh has a Nissan navara which is part of the recall. It was dropped off last week and he was given a courtesy car via enterprise.
He went to collect his truck today and it’s broke. The interior lights do not turn off, the truck doesn’t lock anymore, there are wires hanging out underneath the chassis and the chassis looks untouched. There’s even the same mud on there. I have photos taken this morning.
He went straight back in to enterprise who allowed him to take the car and he’s now trying to get hold of Nissan.
Can anyone tell me what colour the paint stuff is for corrosion as there’s nothing on the chassis at all. Also has anyone any idea what we can do. Really worried. He needs the truck for work.
