ULEZ, emissions and COCs...
Discussion
Hi, I know this topic has been raised a few times here but nobody has come to a conclusive answer. I'm looking at Nissan V35 350GT Skylines to replace my departed 350z. As some of you may know, the 350z and 350GT 6-speed have the same running gear and emissions gear, so the 350GT is theoretically Euro 4 compliant; however given that it was never sold in EU markets, there is no certification to say that.
What is the best way to make a 350GT ULEZ exempt? I've run a few plates from cars for sale and so far found two which are already ULEZ compliant (but auto so no-go for me) and 6 which aren't. I can't supply a Certificate of Conformity as there isn't one for the 350GT and I doubt Nissan Japan would supply one but I haven't yet asked. Has anyone managed to get a JDM car ULEZ compliant yet?
