Help Honda

A friend of mine has a 2006 Honda Accord Diesel and has attempted to have a fault looked at at 3 mechanics , none have the correct diagnostics to work out what is wrong. It is believed their is a faulty injector , is there a way of easily diagnosing which cylinder or/and Does anyone know of a good independent in North east london ?
