Competition Clutch Vs Exedy - RX7 FD

Hey Guys,

The rear oil seal on my FD3 has gone and its dropping oil all the time. THe clutch has also started to slip, could partly be down to this or the fact its been in since new which Im not sure about.

Anyways, I am looking at both the Exedy Stage 1 organic and the Competition Clutch Stage 2. (they dont offer a stage 1 for the FD)

Does anyone have any experience of either in an RX7 or indeed Competition Clutch in any other car? I know Exedy is a well established brand but I dont know too much about Competition Clutch....

Any help would be appreciated!

Had an Exedy stage1 clutch fitted by WGT when I went single turbo in my FD RX-7,was running just over 400bhp and never had any issues with slip on road or track,never did any drag racing though!

After having an Exedy clutch catastrophically fail after less than 10,000 miles usage, I won't be buying another one. Replaced with a Competition Clutch - so far so good, but it's early days still.
