Who can diagnose Mitsubishi in Central Scotland

My other half's L200 pickup from 2007 is having some trouble at low revs. Like, lack of power. A local garage found a P0638 (throttle valve control servo stuck) from their Snap-On diagnostic device, but, admitted a dedicated Mitsubishi diagnostic may be more helpful. Is this a job for a main dealer, like Parks of Hamilton?

Give SVS in Motherwell a call, they do a lot of Japanese cars and I would hope that would have the machines needed
