Wahay - I've found and bought myself the MR2 Mark 1 I've been waiting for...

For those interested:
Mark 1 - 87 spec G-reg, so uprated brakes/suspension etc, white - non t-bar, only got around 100k miles on the clock - full service history backing this up (always useful). It's got a couple of rust spots around, but that's to be expected.

Great stuff! Will be interested to know about running/insurance costs - you can have a 'head start' on me.

There's one looking very tempting in my local Auto Trader at the moment - a T-Bar model, in classic two-tone white and metallic grey, for £1650.

Twincam - i'll update my profile to show all the running costs etc for you... White & metallic silver is by far my favorite colour scheme on the MR2 - particularly if it happens to say 'supercharger' down the side hehe
