Nissan Juke keyless fob

Hi

Our spare fob doesn't work with the car. I changed the battery but to no avail. Is there any way of reprogramming it back to the car myself or is this a job for Nissan?

The car is a 2015 model.

Not that I can see unfortunately...

I don't have a key hole for the ignition; I don't have a smart key slot; I don't have "Smart pro" or "True Code"...whatever they are!

Can you see one on there that doesn't involve any of the above?
