HELP!!!! Skyline auto gearbox

HELP!!!! can any body tell me if i can fit a different auto gearbox to my 1994 skyline r33 gts as when i use nos its taking to long to change gear and it pops back. Is it possible to put a ford c4 or TH350 gear box in it or has anyone got an idea of what can be fitted in to my car. I hope someone can help thanks
