Castle Coombe also do a good days drift/skid pan training on their wee purpose built track.-Its a good day out,not too pricey,can reccomend.
Slinky(of team 587 racing fame-shameless plug ) kindly sent me a copy of the Drift Bible,for technique,on cd,pm me if you want a copy.
Mind you,if you fancy a tug at the old e-brake etc,theres always the local 'private' roads to start on

Considering getting some drift tuition myself, the only thing that puts me off is damaging the car, btu I think drift academy have a car that you can hire.
