C63 (w204) to GTR

Anyone done it?!! I've booked in a 2011 GTR test drive tomorrow... interested to see overall comparison.

Appreciate the GTR is a different machine. also interested in comparison running costs. C63 is fine, GTR looks to be another couple of notches up the ladder.

Considering the same switch from 2012 PPP to 2009/10 GTR so will keep an eye on this thread!

Well test drive went well and the car felt a lot more mechanical that I thought it would. Certainly more planted that C63. Only problem was that it was pissing down so couldnt go to mad.

From research decided it has to be 2011 + model so get the nice revisions and servicing gap

To the other poster - mine is also a 2012 PPP+!

I went from a 2010 ppp to gtr. The gtr is a mega fast car but let down by the noise imo.
Got bored very quickly maybe because the c63 sounds so good. Other than that tho the gtr really is a amazing car for the money. You won't get Bord of the way they take off
