Try getting an insurance quote before setting your heart on one. Some people are lucky, others will have sales guys laughing at them over the phone...

If you mean a quote for a Mk 1 MR2 then I have that covered already, I was quoted around the £600 mark which I consider quite reasonable... I do have 3 yrs NCB mind.

If however you mean insurance for a Supra... lol i'll give it a *few* months yet

That is very reasonable indeed! I wish my premium at 22 for a Nissan Cherry was that!

Given the cars you drive i'm guessing you're not 22... (rebuttable presumption naturally hehe)

The quote was from confused.com - I know they're not an insurance company per se, but the quotes remain accurate. I do have 3 yrs NCB already but they are typically low group insurance anyway- 13 I think plus you can get discounts from the Mk1 owners club etc etc...

No, you're right. Although it's fair to say that I was 22 once

Now's not the time for practicality thank-you...

Although even if I won the lottery, i'd still get the MR2 Mk1 S/C and Mk2 tubby first...
