I've had my Nissan Juke for near 3weeks an the rev counter is stuck on 1000rpm with engine off could anyone help me fix this problem
I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but most engine wear is caused when the engine is cold and has just started up.To combat this, Nissan have changed their cars so that even when turned off, they run at 1000rpm. This keeps the engine warm, ready for when it is next started and saves wear and tear.

Nearly new 3 week old car from Nissan? Get to a dealer.
3 week old (to you) used car from Nissan. Get to supplying dealer.
3 week old (to you) car from different dealer. Go back to them.
3 week old (to you) from private sale. Tough.
Which is it?
