2005 Lexus gs300, offered one, views please!
Discussion
Hello chaps.
As above really, I'm after a car and have been offered a nice one for a good price, low miles and seemingly massive options. It will spend its life bimbling up and down the motorway.
Never having been into lexi I'm clueless.
I would appreciate any comments.
Thank you in advance.
Mike

I had a gs300 2005 some time ago and it was a great car for the money
Few issues:
Fuel pump failed on me (quite rare I think)
Creaky dashboards
Not that much headroom in the back
Good levels of equipment, vented leather etc, but the tech is old so while reliable its pretty old-school - sat nav for example isn't the best but I wouldn't expect it to be anyway
Exhaust corrosion, hit a bump in the road, backbox came away from the main pipe - could happen to any car
That's off the top of my head. As it was Lexus approved the first and last issues were fixed without issues. I would have another though, total bargains.
