Toyota supra 1992 brake disc backing plates

Does anyone know where these can be sourced I've been trying online but they seem to be discontinued even USA .

Why bother with something that reduces cooling to the discs?

Yeah I think the back ones are involved with the hand brake workings . All 4 are are a little rusted so I thought it would be nice to have them like new .
