2005 Toyota Corolla dashboard lights
Discussion
When driving with the headlights off, the lighting on the instrument cluster is set to full brightness; when you turn the lights on, you can set how bright they are....but I can't find a way to turn the dash lights DOWN a bit when the headlights are off. It's not that big an issue...but I've just come from a car with automatic headlights, and so getting into a car where the dash lights are on when the headlights are off is....well....you can see the potential issue! I prefer them on, when they're totally off the cluster is all but unreadable, but I was wondering if you can change the brightness at all?

Unfortunately this only works for when the lights are on. I can't seem to find a way to do it when the headlights are off. Have a read ofthis: http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/topic/36823-... and try the method in post No 2.
