112db,is seriously loud.The pain thresh-hold is near that,iirc.
Well...the tuttle shuttle with a baffle -for keeping track officials happy, the last known db measurement was 103+db @ 4500 revs.Without it's a tad more

with the Apexi exhaust you get a small baffle which fits into the end of the exhaust (which is why the thing is so bloody big!) which quietens it, however i like to hear the Devil

you can just make out the hole for the bolt to hold it in place (not my car but another)...

Well, you showed me yours.....
Its a solarised pic btw.Quite similar size/designreally.I don't really know who made it except the can is custom(v.nice welds & steel)& the top end is Nismo.I don't keep the baffle in either-just need it to be allowed on certain tracks.

Well, mine is of course. I frequently employ a Victorian urchin with a brush to crawl up it,to give it a good sweep

The Blitz on the back of mine has a similar arrangement for silencing.

You get the idea.

Spits flames and sets off car alarms.

Bloody hell that seriously loud! What weighting (A or C) were you using on the noise meter? One of them will give silly readings, and the other will give the correct reading they use on tracks etc.

My Tiger's loud at 99dB meaured at 45 degrees from the exhaust outlet at 0.5m and 4000rpm

3" pipe. Not sure how big the rear silencer is, but I'd guess at 'very'.

I have a picture somewhere of a 6 month old childs head fitting in a Blitz exhaust.
