Isn't 'rice' a US term for a chavved up low spec japanese car such as a 1.2 Civic?

A ricer is just a Jap vehicle. Also applies to two wheelers.

As I said, all would be revealed Interesting to compare their group shot to the ones I took during the setup of that shot; their shot is nice and light but for me has lost the beautiful sky due to the amount of +EV. TBH I did bracket and stitch the darkest sky to the lightest car (still only 3 stops apart though)

Some "other" shots from the day:

This ones not coming back

Crumbs!
You really don't appreciate what goes into getting some of those shots!

Nice work!

I really really really really really really really really really really really really really really REALLY want a Skyline. Just the combination of looks, noise and pace can't be matched for that sort of budget. Yes the Cerbie is very nice, but it's going to go bang in some expensive way once every 5 minutes.

you'll achieve the skyline dream before you achieve the cerbera dream, given prices! (£3k for an R32 GTS-T! (admittedly not a fast skyline, but R33 GTS-Ts from about £5k can be made pretty fast for relatively little expense.)

I would debate the phrase;'relatively little expense' there
Unless you're wealthy that is

"relatively" _was_ used. modifying cars is expensive, but modifying a skyline is cheaper than say modifying a chimaera for similar reasonable power gains.

best put them into a folder never to be opened until the day a prospective buyer wants to come round to view the history.

Finally got round to reading Evo on the train to Devon.Bloody good issue,imo-that 'Gatti

Any how there were some interesting comments on all the main contenders in the £20k shoot out(great choice of cars, imo,).Dead sure I've met that GTR some where tooFave quote on the GTR which made me feel smug & glowy, went something like:'skyline, never seems to date & is ripe for further tuning.'& 'The skyline is perhaps dynamically the most completebut feels less special than this gem of a Cerbera' oooww.
True of course,of most Jap perf cars really imo.
