Looking through ads for a daily driver and tool lugger I'm surprised at the prices of CX7's.
Seems a lot of car for the money and japanese reliability.
Presuming the mpg and manual only is putting off buyers.
I'm wondering if anyone has lpg converted a CX7 and can recommend a fitter.

It's a fairly tuned 4 pot turbo, so not the best to gas & there could be issues, not my first choice of car to gas!

Bought one a couple of years ago and had it converted to LPG 18 months ago.
A lot of convertors won't do it as it is a direct injection engine from memory.
Had it done in Northern Ireland and cost £1300.
It does about 280 miles mostly rural roads for around £28 of lpg.
It is set up to use a small amount of petrol with the lpg and uses a full tank roughly every 6 tanks of lpg.
On balance not a bad setup and no major issues with it.
It's a reasonable drive and surprisingly ok in a straight line.
Only issue is road tax - just renewed for £500.
Never even bothered registering the conversion with DVLA would only save £10 per year.
