Evo X sst as a daily drive?

After over a decade of impreza ownership I fancy a change but there isn't much out there (in my budget) that really grabs me.

Has anyone any first hand opinion on running an evo x as there only car ? I do about 9000 miles a year. Tyres and petrol not really an issue but don't want a car that leaves me stranded by the side of the road while waiting for the rac or bankrupts me with expensive repairs

Albeit a number of years ago I ran an FQ330SST as a DD for around 18months. It was faultless in terms of reliability and fun. The trim did get a bit rattly and the Recaro cloth was not particularly well finished at the headrests, but mechanically and reliability wise I had no issues. I traded it with around 30K on the clock and always had it serviced by Mitsubishi - which was not expensive
