Nisan Figaro Hot idling Problem

Hi, have a nissan figaro that has undergone an engine rebuild after timing belt went and damaged the engine. Once rebuilt we are having significant idling problems, car will start ok but just can't sustain the rev's once warmed up, with the engine shuddering to a stall when left running. Have been through a few options including o2 sensor, checking compression, replaced the cold idling valve and tweaking the hot idling valve setting (see photograph) but just can't seem to get it working. Any ideas?
