I know this should probably be posted in General Gassing, but evrything moves so quickly in there, I get lost and confused. Probably because I am slow!!

Anyway, watching a repeat of Top Gear last night, and mr Clarkson brought up the topic of the Ten car Garage. It got me and a mate thinking, what would you have in your??

Well, if the oppotunity ever arose, mine would look something like this,
1) Audi S1 Quattro (pikes peak version)
2) Ferrari F40
3) Maclaren F1
4) Nissan Skyline R34 GTR V-Spec
5) Bentley Turbo R
6) Lancia Stratos
7) Bowler Wildcat
8) Mini Cooper S (60's, not BMW)
9) Ford GT40
10) BMW 750iL (old shape)

No real point to this post, I'm just bored at work.

Dare I say this on Pistonheads, but I forgot about TVR!!! <ducks to avoid flying rocks>

A speed 12 (if they ever made one) would have to bump the 750iL onto the drive. Or a Tuscan.

Give me the 'proper' TVR Speed 12

Thats the one I meant. Didn't realise there were 2 by the same name. The white one from one of Clarkson's videos. Head to Head I think.

1) Audi S1 Quattro (pikes peak version)
2) Ferrari F40
3) Maclaren F1
4) Nissan Skyline R34 GTR V-Spec (tuned, obviously)
5) Bentley Turbo R (for Le Mans trip)
6) Lancia Stratos
7) Bowler Wildcat
8) Mini Cooper S (60's, not BMW)
9) Ford GT40
10) TVR Speed 12

I always get lost/out of date at G.G.too-glad I'm not the only one

In no particular order;-its hard to make a list with only 10 cars!If I had all these i'd be driving them as whim dictated!

Fezza Scag
'Liner GTR M400 (v.rare less than 200 produced iirc)
JUN Lemmon R33 GTR-1000bhp-for posing
Aston DB9R-predicable
Bowler Wildcat-is such a mean off-roader,an' I have a thing for Landies anyway
Lambo Murci
Noble M12 GTO Audi RS6
TVR Tuscan(made reliable) such a sexy car.

Thats the hardest bit. Choosing only 10!!! I had to exclude the Metro 6R4 and the Vanquish to name 2.

One day, I'll have them all, now I'm off to get a lottery ticket!!!

OOH OOH Please SIR,I only put up 9 choices.

Now let me see

Oh Yes.
An MG.TC (sort of,like a Morgan to look at;barrel bonnet, flying fenders & wind-down windscreen) my dad bought it when he was young(the 1950's) & we still had it 'til I was a teenager. Not much of a performance car,but its where I was introduced to the fun side of driving So purely for nostagic/collectable reasons then

If I wasn't @ work I'd be tempted to post a 10 rotary-car garage with supporting pix...

1. RX-7 FD3S Spirit R (2002)
2. RX-7 FD3S Stripped out, single turbo track weapon.
3. RX-7 FD3S 3-rotor conversion.
4. RX-7 TII Cabrio with FD engine swap. For those summer days.
5. 787b *drool*
6. RX-3, 4-rotor, n/a drag car.
7. JC Cosmo, 3-rotor, single turbo conversion.

8. F360 Spyder
9. AM DB9
10. R34 GTR VSpec.

Okay, 3 non-rotors because I don;t want to be accused tof being too single-minded...

Some good choices there.

I appear to be the only one who didn't suggest their current car (or 4 of them, iaint!!).

So, what to lose in order to keep my GT4...
