Was in the garage last night, we have finally given up.

We are all stumped.

Next plan is to drop the engine, which seems a little excessive. So Im waiting til I have the money to get a cambelt and some 'upgrades' done, and then it'll come out.

Its not leaking much - the level on the dip has changed by 1mm in 3 weeks.

I digress.

They look OK but...

A friend is off to see an IS200 on Saturday and one of the things to watch out for apparently is corroded alloys. Looks like one of those is already suffering. Lexus may replace under warranty but perhaps not if they're stuck on your car

Sorry Russ, I managed to miss this thread completely.

This sounds like a perfect excuse to dust of photoshop and have a bash.

Leave it with me,

(imo, I reckon it could work quite well, especially in anthracite )

Cheers ed!

Turns out I need a set from the "SportCross" in order to keep the 215s front 235s rear.

I emailed a dealer for a new price...... £1135.41 !!!!!

Er, I think I'll keep looking for a used set!
