wheel arches and sills. not too bad to repair though. i think fiesta sills can be welded in and the arches can just be cut out with over fenders fitted allowing for bigger wheels.
I assume it has the c18det engine? lots needs checking on those. Breather hoses block up and the crank gets starved of oil.
Any tinging or knocks at about 3k rpm, then walk away. the big end bearings will be gone.
Otherwise. I love them! So much fun, so many mods you can do and they go sideways brilliantly.

Give the shell a thorough check over, S13's can rot quite a bit, From experience, As well as whats already been mentioned check chassis legs Front to back, All floors and Front/Rear inner wings. As also mentioned stick an sr20det out of an S14 in or even better an RB25DET out of an R33
