I went from a 2007 57 HR 350z to a 370
There is more road noise due to larger rear tyres but I have the GT Edition 370 so get more soundproofing, some fit an extra boot mat and thats sufficient
The suspension is good but again my dampers are slightly different that the normal 370's , not at all harsh , if the roads near me were better i'd uprate the springs for sure but too many potholes
I dont find the throttle laggy it seems like your usual drive by wire to me but there are ways around it if it bothers you .

I'm on my 3rd 350z and www.350z-uk.com is what I use.
Fantastic forum, really helpful and loads of how to guides and advice.

Originally I was after a 350z, but after being dissapointed by the interior trim quality and little problems with the ones I looked at I ended up upping my budget which soon put me well over 10 grand in a 313bhp version.
I prefered the look of the 370 as don't like the rear of the 350 so much.
I ended up spending £17k on the 370 and love it.
it is noisy with road noise and rear visibility is rubbish but it feels a planted car with a well weighted steering feel.
So far I am very happy

thx for reply- i feel i must get to test an HR - prefer 350 styling other than headlights and rear apron needs a mod - intending re-profiling hlights with eyelids (hoping wont look too Halfords) and cutting 2/3rds of rear apron back, c 6 ins higher if practical and perhaps fitting an elegant quad exhaust (needs careful judgment as not a fan of 'bodykit' mods)
