I started thread on prices the other day, and as they seem to be going up I've decided to pull the trigger now.

The only issue is insurance. Is there any companies that will insure a 23 year old for under £1000?!

I know everyone is different but that wouldn't put me off a car like a R32 Skyline unless it was over £2k. My R33 GTST which has only 247bhp and is RWD is around £600 and I'm older than you.

Make sure you ring some people up rather than price comparison sites;

A-plan
Sky insurance
Pace Ward (who I'm with)
Direct Line (won't accept any mods even a turbo timer, BUT they were cheap for me)
Chris Knott
Prestige

these guys might also quote but I personally have never had a good experience getting quotes with either of them:

Greenlight
