Replacing Auris dash lamp

I'm trying to find a way of getting to the lamp behind the fan speed switch. I thought it was turn it to the top in this case 2 and pull it out. However it feels as if it will snap off , I'm not so sure now. It's a 57 plate. Would be great if anyone could point me in the right direction.
