Auris - Gearbox when cold

Hi,

Finding 1st and 2nd gear slightly hard to engage when car is started from cold. Absolutely fine within a few mins - any thoughts?

We have Suzuki SX4 which has a rather notchy gear change when the outside temp gets near freezing but as soon as the weather warms up its fine.Had a look in the handbook and the gearbox has 80w-90w oil in it which is like treacle when cold,just a thought, have a look in your handbook!
